Who you are

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication Journalism English or a related field.
• Possess 5+ years of experience in Information Development with expertise in DITA and associated tools.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of minimalism structured authoring and software technologies APIs.
• Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly and think critically to address customer needs.
• Self-motivated with excellent time-management and organizational skills and fluent in English.
