What the job involves

• Produce technical product documentation to aid end-users and administrators in using and configuring Here™ enterprise browser product
• Assist developers in building applications leveraging foundational JavaScript libraries under the OpenFin brand
• Plan create edit and produce accurate and effective technical documentation independently
• Write conceptual guides for Here/OpenFin features and technologies
• Write example code snippets demonstrating recommended uses of library APIs
• Simplify complex concepts for various audiences
• Maintain and improve legacy documentation
• Collaborate with product management engineering sales and support to understand audience needs and develop accurate information deliverables
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding prioritization and progress of documentation projects
• Recommend and help implement enhancements to documentation infrastructure standards and processes
• Provide peer editing and coaching to non-writer team members
• Help define metrics for documentation and use a data-driven approach to drive improvements
