Who you are

• Proven experience as an IT recruiter, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
• Strong knowledge of technical roles, including software development, systems administration, network engineering, and related fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and prioritize tasks effectively

Desirables

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certifications in recruitment or HR (e.g., AIRS, PHR, SHRM-CP)

What the job involves

• Source and identify qualified candidates for various IT positions, including software developers, network engineers, system administrators, and other technical roles
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
• Manage and coordinate the interview process
• Maintain a talent pipeline and keep detailed records of candidate interactions
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress
• Assist with negotiating offers and closing candidates
