Who you are
Proven experience as an IT recruiter, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
Strong knowledge of technical roles, including software development, systems administration, network engineering, and related fields
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to adapt to changing needs and prioritize tasks effectively
Desirables
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Certifications in recruitment or HR (e.g., AIRS, PHR, SHRM-CP)
What the job involves
Source and identify qualified candidates for various IT positions, including software developers, network engineers, system administrators, and other technical roles
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
Manage and coordinate the interview process
Maintain a talent pipeline and keep detailed records of candidate interactions
Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress
Assist with negotiating offers and closing candidates
