Day to day

  • Provide telephone-based IT support to office and mobile staff across the UK, with remote assistance and occasional field visits.
  • Build, configure, deploy, and maintain computer and mobile hardware using Intune while keeping the asset register accurate.
  • Support Microsoft 365, user accounts, antivirus, network connectivity, VoIP telephony, patching, backups, and vendor liaison to deliver reliable service.
