Requirements
- 2–5+ years of IT infrastructure support experience preferably in manufacturing
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP VLANs DHCP DNS and wired and wireless networking
- Experience with industrial network environments and OT/IT integration
- Experience with manufacturing systems such as MES SCADA or PLC connectivity preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology computer science or related field or equivalent experience
- Strong troubleshooting communication and documentation skills

Day to day
- Provide hands-on support for plant floor IT infrastructure and connectivity in a manufacturing environment
- Troubleshoot network and device issues across CNC machines PLCs HMIs industrial PCs IoT and MES interfaces
- Partner with manufacturing engineering automation and corporate IT teams to enable secure smart factory integration and digital transformation
