Requirements
- 5 to 10+ years of experience in infrastructure or platform engineering
- Strong understanding of SOC2 and security compliance requirements
- Ability to build and automate through code rather than only configure systems
- Expertise in SaaS administration MDM solutions and IT security best practices
- Experience with AWS infrastructure ECS Aurora RDS VPC networking and monitoring tools
- Experience with CI/CD operations GitHub Actions caching and multi-environment deployments
- Ability to manage role-based access controls and admin privileges
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written

Day to day
- Accelerate developer and internal operations by exposing and configuring API and MCP access to infrastructure while controlling costs and security
- Enhance the TypeScript monorepo by improving Nx build performance migrating from CommonJS to ESM and refining Docker-based DevContainers
- Improve CI/CD workflows by optimizing GitHub Actions caching faster runners and multi-environment deployments with Pulumi
- Maintain AWS infrastructure and strengthen monitoring observability access controls and HIPAA-focused security compliance across internal systems
