Remote Infrastructure Manager Job in UK Maximus

Who you are

• Lead T3 team in BAU support
• Ensure systems run cost-effectively
• Maintain certifications and close NCRs
• Direct the Technical Infrastructure for Maximus UK
• Manage Microsoft licensing and ensure coverage
• Degree in IT or related field or equivalent education/experience
• Minimum 5 years as Infrastructure Manager or similar role
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure and AWS)
• Experience with audits (SOC2, ISO27001, SOX, CE+)
• Excellent DevOps and Agile delivery methods knowledge
• Familiarity with ITIL
• Experience managing 3rd party service providers

• Ownership of the Infrastructure services ensuring best practice design
