Remote Infrastructure Manager Job in UK Maximus UK

Who you are

• Lead the T3 team on delivering BAU support
• Ensure all systems are running at a cost-effective level
• Ensure all certifications are maintained and any NCRs closed out
• Lead the technical direction of the Infrastructure for Maximus UK across all platforms
• Ensure the T3 teams are trained to an appropriate technical level
• Perform all team management functions including regular reviews, objective setting and management
• Handle Microsoft licensing, ensuring appropriate levels of licensing are maintained

What the job involves

• Take ownership of the Infrastructure services, ensuring systems are built to best practice design

• Lead for Tier 3 Infrastructure on all audits including client, and security
