What the job involves
Collaborate with the Marketing & Sales teams to prospect and generate high-quality leads to schedule meetings and close business. Responsible for outbound prospecting through cold calling, cold emailing, social media, video, and marketing events. Responsible for qualifying and developing inbound leads from prospects and customer engagement across campaigns and digital events to generate Sales Qualified Leads SQLs. Progress assigned opportunities by understanding issues, changes, and nurturing relationships to move the opportunity forward.
Acts as a trusted business advisor and builds customer relationships through outbound telephone cold-calling, email, social media, and video engagement. Identifies key contacts and target accounts through Salesforce.com and research tools LinkedIn & DiscoverOrg.
Tracks and manages all lead generation activity, progress, and forecasting within Salesforce.com and provides updates in manager 1:1 meetings. BDRs qualify leads using the B2B BANT criteria Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline.
