Who you are
- Experience installing cavity wall insulation (PBS) and/or Loft Insulation, ideally 3+ years as a lead installer.
- Ability to deliver great face-to-face customer service.
- Great work ethic, flexibility, and desire to deliver excellent customer service consistently.
- Full Clean Driving Licence for nationwide travel.
What the job involves
- Provide customer focused cavity wall and/or loft installation service ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety checks.
- Collect materials from offices in Sheffield and Nottingham, manage van stock day-to-day.
- Conduct pre- and post-work inspections, resolve issues and communicate with customers effectively throughout the process.
