Requirements
- Working knowledge of personal auto insurance operations
- Experience using quantitative approaches to generate sound business analyses
- Ability to retrieve and analyze data to identify trends and answer ad hoc business questions
- Ability to interpret competitor product offerings from filings websites and other sources
- Ability to research insurance laws and regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite SQL and BI software
- Experience or exposure to InsurQuote and/or Radar Base
- Programming knowledge in R or Python is a plus
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities
- Strong organizational skills and documentation standards
- Integrity while successfully managing work demands
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance Math Insurance or related field preferred
- 2+ years work experience in analytics required

Day to day
- Support state management efforts to launch new auto insurance products in a compliant manner
- Research regulatory and legislative issues while conducting qualitative and quantitative competitive analysis
