5-10 years of experience in regional/growth marketing within Northern European markets
Proven success in developing demand generation strategies and uncovering new marketing channels for growth
A hacker’s mentality with a relentless drive to find innovative ways to achieve goals, even when challenging conventional wisdom
Strong analytical skills with a history of measuring and enhancing marketing channel performance
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of effectively working across multiple teams and stakeholders on a global scale
Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage directly with executives and senior leaders
Written and verbal fluency in German and English is required
Additional European languages are a bonus
What the job involves
Develop go-to-market fundamentals, including messaging and positioning, with a strategic focus on maximizing pipeline and conversion
Work closely with local sales, central marketing, and digital marketing teams to create and execute demand and field marketing programs that accelerate pipeline growth
Own content and integrated campaign strategy and execution, working collaboratively with partners across Sales, Growth, and Marketing Operations
Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive the business forward, ensuring pipeline growth and alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders
Drive growth at the territory level by developing and reporting on key KPIs, assessing pipeline health, and identifying challenges and priorities
Conduct in-depth customer and market research to gain insights into target audiences and personas, informing strategic decisions on where and how to win
Identify and account for regional differences within your focus markets, tailoring marketing strategies with a geographical perspective
Contribute to broader team initiatives, leveraging insights to inform program and content needs, and communicate strategies and timelines effectively across teams
Track ROI and budget, influencing the allocation of marketing spend based on past performance insights
