Requirements
- Strong experience in data integration and enterprise integration architecture
- Significant experience managing technical teams in complex environments
- Experience recruiting and building technical teams including senior hires
- Experience defining and delivering integration strategy and architecture
- Experience with enterprise integration platforms such as IBM SAP CPI MuleSoft and Informatica
- Experience building integrations across Salesforce Ariba Workday SuccessFactors eCommerce platforms and SAP
- Strong understanding of monitoring logging frameworks and integration observability
- Knowledge of connectivity protocols and adapters such as REST SOAP RFC SFTP file-based integration JMS and B2B
- Experience delivering end-to-end project lifecycle management from definition through deployment and support
- Familiarity with EDI X.12 and mapping experience is advantageous
- Experience managing both onsite and offshore remote teams

Day to day
- Lead enterprise integration delivery across strategic programmes small changes and KTLO work with accountability for scope time budget and quality.
- Manage and coach engineers developers and architects while removing blockers setting priorities and guiding technical decisions.
- Own integration solution design architecture oversight deployment support and performance across SAP and non-SAP landscapes.
