Day to day
- Facilitate onboarding calls with Clients and Divers to establish alignment and set a strong foundation for each partnership
- Monitor partnership health throughout the lifecycle and proactively identify risks before they become churn
- Bridge cultural and communication gaps with warm but direct guidance that improves collaboration and resolves misalignment
- Act as a trusted facilitator and voice of the Client in internal processes to strengthen service quality and outcomes
