Here at CRIMPiT we’ve invented multiple kitchen gadgets that elevate your meal game. Our best selling product the CRIMPiT Wrap seals your ingredients inside a tortilla. Allowing you to heat in your air fryer oven or dry fry in a pan. CRIMPiT was founded by Ian Critchlow and Mike Harper in late 2021. Launching our first product a toastie maker for Thins which took off rapidly. Three years later and the CRIMPiT brand has gone from strength to strength with three products now available - the CRIMPiT Thin Sealer CRIMPiT Wrap Sealer and CRIMPiT Mini Wrap Sealer. We are stocked in some of the UK’s biggest retailers and our products are now enjoyed in over 1 million UK homes. We’ve recently been named as Robert Dyas’ Product of the year 2023/24’ and they featured the CRIMPiT as one of five ‘kitchen gadgets you can’t live without’ on a segment on This Morning. The mission is to continue to disrupt the snack market and end boring lunches making mealtime fun for the whole family. Our core values are innovation collaboration and quality. Who you are
Proven experience in a legal role within a law firm, brand protection agency, or commercial in-house environment
Ability to monitor and analyze e-commerce websites for IP infringement trends
Experience liaising with external lawyers, investigators, and trade mark attorneys
Ability to develop and manage IP databases and contract management systems
Strong research skills

What the job involves
Oversee and coordinate the management and enforcement of the company’s intellectual property portfolio globally
Act as the primary contact for employees, external partners, legal counsel, and local law enforcement regarding IP rights
Monitor e-commerce platforms, domain names, and social media for possible counterfeit and infringing products and take necessary enforcement actions
