Requirements
- 4+ years' relevant experience in data analysis with knowledge of medical and pharmacy claims and enrollment records
- Advanced skills in SQL, SAS, Excel, Data Analysis
- Knowledge of AWS, Teradata, or Databricks a plus
- Knowledge of process improvement, data delivery, and reporting automation preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Proven leadership skills with ability to build strong teams and a proactive management style with strong commitment to sales and client service
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline preferred
Nice to have
- Process improvement experience
- Knowledge of AWS, Teradata, Databricks
Day to day
- Responsible for customer relationships from an operations perspective and support of the account management team
- Support several recurring and ad-hoc analytics projects to support the overall business
- Includes coordination or issue resolution with Technical Product Owners and other technology teams
- Serve as the business-facing first line contact and triage for Intelligence Solutions clients
