Who you are

• 4+ years' relevant experience in data analysis with knowledge of medical and pharmacy claims and enrollment records
• Advanced skills in SQL, SAS, Excel, Data Analysis
• Knowledge of AWS, Teradata, or Databricks a plus
• Knowledge of process improvement, data delivery, and reporting automation preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Proven leadership skills with ability to build strong teams and a proactive management style with strong commitment to sales and client service
• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline preferred

• Process improvement experience
• Knowledge of AWS, Teradata, Databricks

What the job involves

• Responsible for customer relationships from an operations perspective and support of the account management team
• Support several recurring and ad-hoc analytics projects to support the overall business
• Includes coordination or issue resolution with Technical Product Owners and other technology teams
• Serve as the business-facing first line contact and triage for Intelligence Solutions clients
