Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA or MBA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience with at least 5 years as Controller VP of Finance or CFO
- Direct experience in PE-backed companies with sponsors lenders and M&A teams
- Strong understanding of post-close balance sheet adjustments valuation workstreams and transaction accounting
- Ability to travel based on client needs and location
- Public accounting foundation and broad industry experience are a plus

Day to day
- Lead post-close financial integration for private equity-backed companies and improve reporting structures, cash management, KPI development, and finance processes.
- Manage month-end close activities with a sharp focus on accuracy efficiency and compliance.
- Prepare board materials investor communications and financial reports while advising leadership and sponsors on strategic finance initiatives.
