What the job involves
- Collecting and analyzing operational data for Wipfli LLP and Consolidated Financial Reporting
- Preparing and reconciling monthly adjusting journal entries
- Handling monthly accrual entries and general ledger account reconciliations and analysis
- Identifying and monitoring variances in revenue and expense items
- Providing detailed revenue analysis to budget and forecast by service line and market
- Conducting detailed analysis and explanations for WIP and AR write-offs
- Developing financial statements and reports
- Reconciling financial statements to supporting documentation
- Coding approval for AP invoices
- Responding to various partnership requests
