What the job involves

• Searching for and publishing news stories to help inform and engage colleagues
• Working with stakeholders to build content for engagement campaigns and projects
• Planning and publishing content across internal channels such as email intranet social etc
• Supporting all-colleague calls and other live events with organisation delivery scripting etc
• Working alongside the employee communications managers and senior manager to deliver high-quality creative and engaging communication solutions for internal initiatives such as purpose values strategy leadership events change divisional and operational actions social value talent and development initiatives engagement activities well-being initiatives recognition schemes compensation and benefits projects
• Proofreading content to check for accuracy and grammatical errors
• Ensuring communications are consistent and on brand
• Taking ownership of activities and tasks to support the team
