Who you are
- 2 years experience in Accounting or Internal Controls in multi-site/multi-country organisations.
- Strong knowledge of internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley.
- Full understanding of documenting processes and controls and assessing financial risks.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with team and business proficiency.
What the job involves
- Support the Annual Internal Business Control testing and compliance cycle.
- Review Business Controls to identify and suggest improvements.
- Work with Countries/Functions to identify and implement remediation plans.
- Educate and coach internal business and operational personnel on internal controls responsibilities.
