- Internal Quality Assurance qualification
- Assessor Qualification
- Experience of working in a regulated environment
- Experience of evaluating and reviewing business procedures, process and systems
- Experience of working across teams
- Willingness to travel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office

Day to day
- Ensure apprenticeship end-point assessment aligns with plans and NOCN policies
- Improve assessment practices and consistency of decisions
- Promote positive perception of apprenticeships to providers, learners, and employers
