Who you are

  • Level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy or equivalent
  • Educated to Level 4 or above
  • Committed to continuing professional development
  • Occupational knowledge in Construction
  • Internal Quality Assurance qualification
  • Assessor Qualification
  • Experience of working in a regulated environment
  • Experience of evaluating and reviewing business procedures, process and systems
  • Experience of working across teams
  • Willingness to travel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office

  • Ensure apprenticeship end-point assessment aligns with plans and NOCN policies
  • Improve assessment practices and consistency of decisions
  • Promote positive perception of apprenticeships to providers, learners, and employers
