What the job involves

  • Be the first point of contact for inbound sales inquiries, providing comprehensive information and support to prospective and existing clients
  • Assist the external sales team with lead generation, appointment setting, and follow-ups, ensuring no opportunity is missed
  • Manage the preparation and processing of sales orders, quotes, and contracts with precision
  • Monitor sales metrics and performance, helping the team stay on track to meet and exceed targets
  • Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with veterinary clinics, professionals, and industry partners
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Work hand-in-hand with our marketing team to coordinate impactful campaigns and promotional activities
  • Partner with our technical support team to ensure quick resolution of any customer issues
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge
