Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Immunology Bioengineering Molecular Biology Biomedical Engineering or related majors
- Master’s degree or relevant IVD sales experience preferred
- Strong market analysis and business negotiation skills
- Ability to independently develop customers and meet sales targets
- Strong teamwork coordination and resilience
- Fluent English in listening speaking reading and writing
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus
- Willingness to travel frequently globally
- Familiarity with international trade rules and IVD regulations preferred

Day to day
- Drive global sales of IVD products across diagnostic reagents testing instruments and consumables.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies based on market trends competitor activity and customer needs.
- Expand key markets build distributor and partner networks and represent the brand at exhibitions and customer meetings.
