Who you are

  • Bachelor degree in accounting or finance
  • Chartered accountant, CPA or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in top-tier public accounting firm or as in-house tax manager
  • Understanding of the Swiss tax system
  • Understanding of BEPS and OECD developments
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to function independently with a proactive attitude

What the job involves

  • Support business needs for the finance team
  • Ensure compliance with Swiss and international tax regulations
  • Develop tax-efficient strategies
  • Maintain transfer pricing documentation
  • Prepare statutory tax provisions
  • Coordinate and prepare tax footnotes and disclosures
  • Manage local and foreign tax audits
  • Manage external advisers for outsourced tax compliance
