Who you are

  • Bachelor degree in accounting or finance required.
  • Preferred qualifications: Chartered accountant, CPA, or equivalent tax qualification.
  • Significant experience in public accounting or as in-house tax manager in an international company.
  • Strong understanding of the Swiss tax system.
  • Knowledge of BEPS and OECD developments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to inspire and influence across a cross-functional organization.

What the job involves

  • Ensure compliance with Swiss and international tax regulations.
  • Assist in developing tax-efficient strategies for the company.
  • Maintain transfer pricing documentation and monitor intercompany transactions.
  • Prepare statutory tax provisions for GAAP and non-GAAP.
  • Coordinate tax disclosures within financial statements.
  • Manage local and foreign tax audits.
  • Interact with finance, legal, and other internal teams.
  • Keep updated with tax law changes and manage projects.
