Requirements
- 2+ years of professional investment banking experience at associate level or above
- Experience at leading global investment banks or elite advisory boutiques
- Strong fluency in three-statement and transaction modeling including DCF LBO comparables and merger math
- Deep understanding of valuation judgment deal-process materials and bank-quality formatting and accuracy standards
- Excellent written communication with the ability to explain scoring decisions clearly
- Detail-oriented consistent and comfortable with peer review and calibration
- Prior experience with AI training evaluation or human-data projects is a plus

Day to day
- Define task-specific grading criteria for banking deliverables such as financial models valuation analyses pitch decks and deal memos.
- Score AI-generated and human work samples using rigorous evidence-based judgment and provide detailed written justifications for each score.
- Apply consistent reproducible standards and incorporate feedback from senior reviewers to calibrate and improve scoring quality.
