Requirements
- 2+ years of professional investment banking experience at associate level or above
- Background at leading global investment banks or elite advisory boutiques across M&A coverage or capital markets
- Strong fluency in three-statement and transaction modeling including DCF LBO comparables and merger math
- Deep understanding of valuation judgment deal process materials and bank-quality formatting and accuracy standards
- Exceptionally strong written communication with ability to explain scoring decisions clearly
- Detail-oriented consistent and comfortable with peer review and calibration
- Prior experience with AI training evaluation or human-data projects is a strong plus

Day to day
- Define precise grading criteria for banking deliverables such as financial models valuation analyses pitch decks CIMs deal memos and board materials
- Review completed AI-generated and human work samples and score them against the criteria with detailed written justifications
- Apply consistent evidence-based judgment so results are reproducible defensible and aligned with senior reviewer feedback
