Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in buy-side investment analysis asset management equity or credit research or investment banking
- Genuine passion for investing in both public and private markets and deep fundamental research
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Familiarity with research and data platforms such as PitchBook
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sharp organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple workstreams
- Proven ability to work successfully in a remote environment
- Strong self-motivation accountability and follow-through with minimal supervision
- High standard of discretion and confidentiality
- Collaborative team player willing to support across responsibilities
- Experience with Addepar investment software is preferred

Day to day
- Conduct rigorous quantitative and qualitative research across public and private markets
- Analyze covered public equity holdings and monitor thesis developments with disciplined fundamental insight
- Build financial models and investment memos to support due diligence, committee presentations, and portfolio monitoring
