What the job involves
Manage the client portfolio through periodic reviews, analysis of Management Information and compliance with client operating conditions.
Effectively manage Risk in accordance with the BFS Global Risk Framework.
Obtain all documentation from clients to fulfill operating conditions.
Review all documentation obtained to ensure full understanding of clients risk profile.
Manage excellent client service by good communication with Credit Control/Service Centre and Relationship Executive.
Seek new opportunities for BFS by proactively managing the client relationship.
Ensure the meeting of client needs by good communication via email, face to face, telephone etc.
Ensure an excellent onboarding experience for the client by adhering to the BFS Onboarding Process.
Develop and maintain own network of business connections in the local area to enhance BFS reputation and opportunity identification.
Any other duties or projects commensurate with the level of responsibility of this role, for which the role holder has the necessary experience and/or training.
