What the job involves

  • Manage the client portfolio through periodic reviews, analysis of Management Information and compliance with client operating conditions.
  • Effectively manage Risk in accordance with the BFS Global Risk Framework.
  • Obtain all documentation from clients to fulfill operating conditions.
  • Review all documentation obtained to ensure full understanding of clients risk profile.
  • Manage excellent client service by good communication with Credit Control/Service Centre and Relationship Executive.
  • Seek new opportunities for BFS by proactively managing the client relationship.
  • Ensure the meeting of client needs by good communication via email, face to face, telephone etc.
  • Ensure an excellent onboarding experience for the client by adhering to the BFS Onboarding Process.
  • Develop and maintain own network of business connections in the local area to enhance BFS reputation and opportunity identification.
  • Any other duties or projects commensurate with the level of responsibility of this role, for which the role holder has the necessary experience and/or training.
