- Experience with biotechnology or pharmaceutical companies preferred.
- Flexible availability for global team meetings.
- Familiarity with SyncIDS software preferred.

Day to day
- Manage execution of formality documents related to patent applications.
- Record and file executed assignments with the USPTO EPAS.
- Coordinate with outside counsel and in-house attorneys to ensure timely patent prosecution and formality compliance.
- Utilize IDS software to manage information disclosure requirements and coordinate timely filing of disclosure statements.
