Who you are

• Extensive experience within an IT Applications Management team, including detailed understanding of IT applications to support business processes.
• Ability to diagnose faults efficiently and manage third-party application suppliers.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL in an Azure environment, and knowledge of Azure and AVD setups.
• Hands-on experience in designing and maintaining databases based on business requirements.

What the job involves

• Deliver support and improvements to a variety of SaaS, on-premise, and Cloud-based applications.
• Provide third-line support for incidents, manage problems through to resolution, and ensure all applications are available to IT users.
• Work on project delivery for the design and implementation of new and improved IT applications and manage company databases.
• Collaborate closely with IT, business, and vendor teams to build relationships and deliver optimal IT service management.
