Who you are

• 1-3 years experience in Technical Support, DevOps, or QA roles
• Strong problem-solving and proactive approach
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS services
• Understanding of Linux/Unix server environments
• Experience with customer support software like Zendesk
• Basic to intermediate programming skills (Python, Bash, Javascript)
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working in multiple time zones

What the job involves

• Perform DevOps tasks like updating SSL certificates and managing Docker and Kubernetes clusters
• Deploy and manage applications in AWS cloud environment
• Collaborate with development team for QA, document and track software defects, and resolve complex customer issues
