Requirements
- Experience with scripting and orchestration
- Ability to identify and automate processes
- Ability to evaluate implement and operate automation tools
- Expert knowledge of Atlassian products and integrations including Jira Confluence and Jira Service Management
- Administration knowledge of Workato Jamf Pro MacOS Google Workspace Slack GitHub Identity and Access Management Single Sign-On tools or information security
- Ability to balance automation and manual process on a cost-benefit basis

Day to day
- Join the Colleague Technology Services team to manage and automate NatWest Boxed applications and operational processes.
- Use scripting and service orchestration to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency across workplace IT tooling.
- Provide second line support for device and app issues while helping implement new tools and support identity and access management improvements.
