  • Strong background in understanding service billing and sales funnel optimization.
  • Outcome-driven with excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills.
  • Enthusiasm for technology and innovation which drives continuous improvement and learning.

What the job involves

  • Constantly analyze the UK market to identify potential digital transformation or IT team enhancement opportunities.
  • Expand the company's client base through effective networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients aligning their needs with our solutions.
  • Source new sales opportunities through proactive outbound cold calls and emails as well as inbound lead follow-up.
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery departments for joint campaigns and technical solutions development.
  • Represent Redwerk at various events and tradeshows to boost company visibility and engagement.
  • Track and optimize the sales funnel using CRM systems like HubSpot.
