Who you are

  • Possess a strong ability to learn and tackle new challenges with enthusiasm.
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a Desktop support role with proven software and hardware troubleshooting skills.
  • Experienced in supporting Windows 10 legacy Windows systems and Microsoft Office suites including Office 365.
  • Awareness of ITIL practices and experience with service ticketing systems and regulated environments.
  • Capable of server hardware support and knowledgeable in network infrastructure.

  • Provide extensive Deskside support to enhance user experience in office settings.
  • Resolve technical issues effectively and within set time parameters ensuring high-quality service.
  • Maintain ITIL practices for accurate documentation and recording of activities.
  • Engage proactively in patching network points troubleshooting printer problems and supporting software packages.
  • Ensure adherence to highly regulated environment guidelines.
  • Support and provide guidance for offshore teams through direct actions and localized feedback.
