Requirements
- Strong technical skills in IT infrastructure
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proactive and adaptable able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Extensive experience in Multi-Domain (MS AD) environments and Azure administration
- Skilled in Virtualisation - HyperV/ VMWare SAN NAS
- Experienced with Windows Server AD DCs GPO Microsoft Intune and Cloud security

Day to day
- Lead the ongoing support and development of Infrastructure services
- Lead technical projects into BAU operations
- Maintain and enhance multi-site IT infrastructure
- Day-to-day administration of multi-site on-premises cloud and SaaS IT infrastructure including Networking Windows Servers and AD Virtualisation M365 Security Backups Azure servers End User Computing devices/software
- Maintain LAN WAN infrastructure WiFi setup and performance VPN & firewalls
- Set up and configure network equipment and firewalls
- Travel to other sites to maintain upgrade migrate networks
- Incident management including proactive problem identification root cause analysis and resolution
