What the job involves

• Lead the ongoing support and development of Infrastructure services
• Lead technical projects into BAU operations
• Maintain and enhance multi-site IT infrastructure
• Day-to-day administration of multi-site on-premises cloud and SaaS IT infrastructure including Networking Windows Servers and AD Virtualisation M365 Security Backups Azure servers End User Computing devices/software
• Maintain LAN WAN infrastructure WiFi setup and performance VPN & firewalls
• Set up and configure network equipment and firewalls
• Travel to other sites to maintain upgrade migrate networks
• Incident management including proactive problem identification root cause analysis and resolution
