Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information systems computer science systems/network engineering or related field or equivalent experience and education
- 5-7 years in IT with 2 years in systems/network design and administration
- Experience as IT Manager IT Operations Manager or IT Project Manager
- Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms including Microsoft 365 Azure and AWS
- Strong understanding of Windows server architecture network device configuration and cloud services
- Project management Microsoft and Cisco or similar certifications preferred

Day to day
- Oversee day-to-day IT operations for client environments and internal systems
- Manage client onboarding from kickoff through implementation training and go-live
