What the job involves
You will orchestrate end-to-end information system projects spanning network server software enhancements PC deployments and more
Partner with Corporate IS Manufacturing Operations teams and internal stakeholders defining project needs and assessing feasibility
Craft meticulous project blueprints overseeing resource allocation progress tracking change control testing documentation training and ensuring on-budget on-time delivery
Successfully work with cross-functional teams to build and develop common PMO processes tools and project governance
Develop integrated project plans implementation schedules resource and cost estimates
Create change management procedures
Effectively communicate in a timely manner within project teams stakeholders impacted groups and influence & escalate issues to ensure project schedules and budgets are met
Track progress and maintain published deliverables status
Identify risks plan for unanticipated outcomes and form appropriate contingency plans
