Who you are

What the job involves

• You will orchestrate end-to-end information system projects spanning network server software enhancements PC deployments and more
• Partner with Corporate IS Manufacturing Operations teams and internal stakeholders defining project needs and assessing feasibility
• Craft meticulous project blueprints overseeing resource allocation progress tracking change control testing documentation training and ensuring on-budget on-time delivery
• Successfully work with cross-functional teams to build and develop common PMO processes tools and project governance
• Develop integrated project plans implementation schedules resource and cost estimates
• Create change management procedures
• Effectively communicate in a timely manner within project teams stakeholders impacted groups and influence & escalate issues to ensure project schedules and budgets are met
• Track progress and maintain published deliverables status
• Identify risks plan for unanticipated outcomes and form appropriate contingency plans
