• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Understanding of project management methodologies in technology environments
• Experience producing and maintaining project documentation and processes
• Ability to support multiple IT projects
• Ability to review project plans and articulate development areas
• Strong relationship-building with key stakeholders
• Proactive improvement of ways of working and maintaining project controls
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Liaising with a diverse range of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical
• Setup and maintenance of project documentation library with strict version control and naming conventions
• Management of project and project board meetings
• Assisting in compiling, maintaining, and updating project plans, risk, and issue registers
• Liaising with suppliers for demonstrations
• Supporting project team members for project delivery
• Excellent IT skills
• Extensive experience with Microsoft packages and project management tools
• Strong analytical and interpretation skills
• Passion and resilience for making a difference
• Self-starter and highly motivated

What the job involves

• Support IT Project team with setup and maintenance of all IT project documentation
• Deliver IT projects supporting our IT Roadmap and Help and Hope Strategy
• Shadow senior managers in board meetings, collate reports, update project plans
