Requirements
- 3–7 years administering Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment
- Hands-on experience with Commercial and/or GCC High tenants
- Strong understanding of Entra ID identity and access controls
- Experience with Exchange Teams SharePoint and OneDrive administration
- Knowledge of Microsoft Purview fundamentals
- Experience implementing or supporting Microsoft 365 Copilot or AI feature deployment at the tenant level

Day to day
- Administer Microsoft 365 tenants to ensure secure stable operations across Commercial and GCC High environments
- Monitor service health coordinate incidents and produce root-cause analysis documentation while maintaining configuration baselines
- Implement AI governance controls for Microsoft 365 Copilot and related services including feature scoping access controls and policy alignment
- Partner with Security Privacy Legal and Architecture teams to validate readiness manage permissions and support audit requests
