- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 10+ years of leadership experience
- In-depth leadership experience supporting programs at CA
- Proven experience driving culture change and leading dynamic mission-focused teams
- Strong strategic development and implementation experience, directing large teams
- Experience with federal proposal processes, delivery, and execution
- Proven aptitude for teaching, coaching, and mentoring
- Local to the DC metro area and ability to travel to customer sites, as needed
