Who you are
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 10+ years of progressive Federal Civilian leadership experience
- Experience supporting programs at the Bureau of Fiscal Service
- Experience driving culture change and leading dynamic mission-focused teams
- Experience with federal proposal processes, delivery and execution
- Ability to obtain relevant BFS clearances
- Local to the DC metro area and ability to travel to customer sites, as needed
Desirables
- Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers Level 3
- Project Management Institute, Project Management Professional PMP
