Role


Who you are

  • Maintains high-quality customer service
  • Serves as escalation point for IT Operations Technician I’s to resolve difficult IT tickets
  • Diagnoses and resolves software/hardware incidents (Windows, Office365, Adobe, VPN)
  • Take ownership of issues to restore service to the customer as soon as possible
  • Accurately documenting information in ITSM ticketing system
  • Attending and participating in team meetings
  • Maintaining company IT assets and inventory
  • Install and configure new IT equipment (workstations, switch/firewall, servers)
  • Working on assigned projects and assisting with corporate initiatives

What the job involves

  • Provide high-quality support to staff members remotely and at English sites in person when required
  • Ensure highest levels of availability, performance and security of network and systems
  • Provide remote IT support across all group sites and occasionally travel as needed
