Day to day
- Review and triage all incoming IT tickets alerts and notifications
- Determine the best course of action and ensure timely resolution of IT issues
- Collaborate with MSPs to meet SLAs and escalate unresolved tickets
- Document common issues and solutions to enhance the IT knowledge base
- Continuously work on process improvement and automation within the IT team
- Configure and manage Microsoft 365 infrastructure to ensure efficient operations
