  • Experience in IT Support and IT Service Management
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain a nimble mindset for creative solutions
  • Familiar with Infrastructure-Moves-and-Changes (IMACs) services

What the job involves

  • Review and triage all incoming IT tickets alerts and notifications
  • Determine the best course of action and ensure timely resolution of IT issues
  • Collaborate with MSPs to meet SLAs and escalate unresolved tickets
  • Document common issues and solutions to enhance the IT knowledge base
  • Continuously work on process improvement and automation within the IT team
  • Configure and manage Microsoft 365 infrastructure to ensure efficient operations
