What the job involves
- Manage daily IT support requests ensuring high-quality solutions for end-users
- Assist in various Corporate IT tasks as necessary
- Coordinate with IT Director on asset and inventory management
- Oversee shipping returns and maintain hardware and peripherals
- Organize and maintain IT inventory effectively
- Set up and dispatch computers while keeping accurate hardware inventory logs
