Who you are

• 2+ years of hands-on and remote IT support including network and AV troubleshooting.
• Experience in the IT field and with admin tasks for SaaS applications like Google Workspace JIRA Okta Zoom Office 365 and Slack.
• Familiarity with Jamf Pro Intune and MDM platforms desired.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Strong desire to learn and develop new IT skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows & Mac Operating Systems.
