Who you are

  • Minimum of 2 years experience gained within a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows 11 and some Mac OSX experience desirable
  • Comfortable delivering IT support to external customers with expert customer support experience
  • Possess an excellent phone manner
  • Fast typing speed with excellent spelling and grammar
  • Ability to translate technical jargon to layman's terms
  • Hard-working individual who loves being part of a team and learning new skills
  • Desire to continually improve
  • Certifications such as Microsoft MTA or MCP COMPTIA A+ N+ or S+ or IT-related undergraduate degree would be a bonus

  • Working at the forefront of the company combining customer service and IT skills to provide first-rate support
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to incoming calls and provide guidance to customers
  • Record call details and investigations accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with triaging incidents and ensure customers are kept updated
  • Provide friendly informed and efficient customer service and support via phone email and remote support
