- Proven experience as a Helpdesk Support Engineer

- Experience supporting multi-site clients
- Essential experience in 1st Line Support
- Proficiency in Office 365 / O365
- Proficiency in Windows Server
- Proficiency in Active Directory / AD
- Proficiency in MS Exchange
- Knowledge of Firewalls
