Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience with PowerShell
  • Minimum 2 years experience with Microsoft 365 administration
  • Minimum 2 years experience with Microsoft Azure administration
  • Minimum 2 years experience with SharePoint and Confluence
  • Minimum 2 years experience defining technical processes and documenting SOPs
  • Minimum 2 years experience improving workflow and workflow management tools
  • Minimum 2 years experience using and administering support ticketing systems
  • Minimum 2 years experience with Microsoft SQL including databases backups and restores
  • Minimum 2 years experience with networking concepts including DNS Vnets IP switches and routers
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Background check required

Day to day

  • Support employees with hardware software and access needs while keeping day to day IT operations running smoothly.
  • Manage user accounts permissions devices and core systems including Microsoft 365 Entra ID Active Directory and MDM tools.
  • Improve onboarding offboarding asset management reporting and automation processes across the organization.
