Who you are

  • Previous experience in a similar IT support role.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sale devices Cielo and Microsoft tablets and Lenovo/Dell devices.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with Windows OS and associated technologies.
  • Must possess a valid UK Driver's License and be willing to travel extensively across Cambridgeshire.



What the job involves

  • Provide field-based technical support for Post Office Branch hardware issues including device troubleshooting and imaging.
  • Engage in device swaps connectivity cabling Wi-Fi setups and decommissions.
  • Collaborate with central dispatch teams and other support units to ensure punctual service delivery within predetermined service levels.
